Abstract
"We reproduce below the speech that the President of the Fernando Rielo Foundation for Mystic Poetry, Mr. Jesús Fernández Hernández, sent to the proclamation of the XXVIII Fernando Rielo World Prize for Mystic Poetry, held in Quito last December 11, in the The winner was the Spanish poet Rafael Alfaro Alfaro with the book of poems "Hour of the afternoon".
