Abstract
Pimampiro, February 2009. The sun with its splendor warmed the city. Two students of Social Communication from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador Sede Ibarra, with their hopes under their arms, were beginning to make a dream come true. That Sunday, this town saw the birth of CONTACTO, the mini-magazine that collects the past and present life of this canton from imbabure.
