Abstract

Assuming the commitment to self-evaluate was initially a challenge because it meant finding our weaknesses and proposing corrections to achieve the proposed objectives. This process aimed to create a culture of evaluation and consider ourselves as participants in the institution's decisions; because self-evaluation requires us to propose improvements and execute them.
