Abstract

To speak of ethics in teaching is to enter into a much broader topic than is commonly supposed. It is asking: am I generating competencies in students so that they can be good and virtuous men or women? Do I make an effort to maintain an attitude that encourages students to achieve creative improvement? In the following lines we are going to refer to ethics and morals as starting concepts to address the university teacher's work on the basis of an ethical attitude in their relationship with their students and their understanding to motivate them to a desire for creative improvement inspired by the highest values.
