Abstract

Electronic Commerce includes all sales of products and / or services whose conditions are negotiated online1. It can be in the Direct or Indirect mode. Direct is where the good or service2 is received immediately, since the electronic means is available for delivery; Indirect is received after a period according to the conditions agreed between the parties.
