Second Binational Conference Cycle

Abstract

At the Mariana de Pasto University, the students of the second levels of jurisprudence of the PUCE-SI shared a constitutional day of deep significance with their Colombian peers. The holding of this academic event represents an important binational step that accounts for the need of both universities to generate spaces for reflection and constitutional debate in their students that transcend the mere comparison of constitutional provisions of both countries. Understanding what has been stated in the light of constitutional postmodernism implies ratifying that the superior norm of the maximum state legal and political organization of a state has different dimensions.
