Resumo
Este artigo tem como objetivo examinar o desenvolvimento das mudanças no processo de construção da governança da migração internacional (2002-2018), onde as inovações institucionais criativas, como abordagem principal, são capazes de conectar governos, organizações internacionais, sociedade civil e setor empresarial.
Afirma-se que as redes globais de políticas públicas são uma resposta promissora ao crescente vazio organizacional global do multilateralismo clássico. Nessas redes trissetoriais, Estados, organizações internacionais, atores da sociedade civil e setor privado têm o potencial, por meio da colaboração, de avançar ou diminuir a proteção dos migrantes (2012-2018), sem necessidade de esperar por vínculos internacionais regulamentos.
