Abstract

When starting a career in teaching, one must be aware that such professional training is nothing but a preparation to emulate and even improve the work of the teacher who day by day leads the class. During student life, one experiences these kinds of feelings, sets goals, which at some point longs to translate them into reality. Well, the opportunity to crystallize these objectives is presented today, that already as a teacher, and aware of the great responsibility that implies being at the head of a group, you can take on the challenge of meeting the professional expectations of students as well as with their own personal ones, with the premise of providing today's future teachers with comprehensive training, in such a way that their personal and professional actions conditions an excellent performance in the labor field, thus complying with the basic requirement of all those who engage in teaching: to train to be able to train.
