Abstract

Taking the arm of the student who would be her guide in the middle of the stony street that led to the Manantial Recreation Center in the city of Pimampiro, Noemí Trejo arrived, a fighter who lost her sight, but never the will to live and do something for who, like her, have some type of physical limitation, to be part of the first training of the project "Social Communication of and for people with disabilities", executed within the framework of the inter-institutional cooperation agreement between the Provincial Government of Imbabura (GPI) , the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador - Ibarra Headquarters (PUCE-SI) and the National Council for Disabilities (CONADIS).
