Abstract
"Entrepreneurship is a matter of attitude." This is how Jorge Mesa, Director of Entrepreneurship of the School of Administration, Finance and Technology of Colombia (EAFIT) defines it. It is also a necessary resource for young people to be innovative and independent and to become creators of their own company. Be able to generate new sources of work. For this reason, PUCE- Ibarra Headquarters, is projected in the training of entrepreneurs with leadership capacity and academic excellence.
